control of all manufacturing stages identifies and prevents any 

production problems.

The analysis laboratory is equipped with instruments and devices such as:

 - sun test

 - dynamometer

 - torque tester

 - vacuum bell

 - melt flow index

 - thickness gauge

 - thermostat furnace

 - spectrophotometer

 - precision balances

 - co-ordinates measuring machine. 

They allow verifying and recording every production feature to check the compliance with customer's requirements.

All CO-STA products are endowed with hygienic norm conformity certificates as

per the Ministerial Decree, March 21, 1973 and following updates, about the hygienic discipline for packages, containers, tools in contact with alimentary substances or substances for personal care.

Since 1998, CO-STA has been certified ISO 9001:2000 with DNV. Such a certification not only is an extra guarantee for customers, but, above all, it is a key  tool for leveraging the never-ending improvement of all company’s processes.
