CO-STA assists customers in the planning and development of new products to provide a full answer to customer demand. The use of advanced design workstations (IBM CATIA with surface modelling) lets the customer see the product already in the early design stage.

Production lines are of the latest generation, optimised for very high output.

 Technologies in use are: blowing, stretch injection and stretch blowing injection to produce bottles and containers from 5 ml to 1,000 ml. Finishing lines use UV silk-screening (up to 8 colours), heat moulding, on-line labelling machines. The in-house graphic design team finalizes new  versions and modifications in a very short time.

Packaging machines neatly arrange the finished products into cases, avoiding friction and squashing problems and reducing the packing impact on the final price.

  Automatic wrapping

A constant monitoring of the production lines and an efficient, well-equipped analysis laboratory check the product in every stage, preventing production malfunctions and providing a timely solution of any problem.
