CO-STA-POL Sp. z o.o. has been established in 2002. It is fully owned by CO-STA.

Located about 50 km south of Warsaw ,the plant has a surface of about 7,000 sqm. It produces plastic bottles and containres for cosmetics, adding the capability for the decoration by UV silk-screening. Since the foundation, CO-STA-POL has recorded a constant growth both in manufacturing output and turnover.

CO-STA-POL can rely on CO-STA technical skill and know-how in product development and technical support.

The yearly output amounts to about 120 million units by blowing technology, adding also double-coating co-extrusion and blowing injection (PET) technologies.

CO-STA-POL performs a strict quality control, based on CO-STA’s own qualitative standard, control procedures and parameters.

CO-STA-POL was awarded the "Free Pass Quality" by AVON POLSKA for the care for quality and customer satisfaction. Such a qualification acknowledges suppliers with tthe highest quality ratings, which may become reference partner for future developments.

CO-STA-POL is currently widening the customer portfolio by introducing products for other top worldwide players in cosmetics.
