Since the foundation in 1975, CO-STA has been operating in the packaging market. It achieved extraordinary results both in quantity and quality. In 2002, the first foreign subsidiary opened in Poland : CO-STA-POL Sp. z o.o., based in Garwolin ( 50 Km south of Warsaw ) to answer local customer demand.  

In 2003, Plastiape acquired CO-STA directly from the founder. CO-STA entered the Colombo GROUP (CO.GE.FIN), a financial group with strong industrial operations.

CO-STA thus started the organizational restructuring together with a new approach to manufacturing, which are ferrying the company to a full industrial committment.
